WalkMyHome ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at walkmyhome.ai and the WalkMyHome home-design application. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to provide the product. This policy describes how we handle your personal information.

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your name and email address, and an encrypted password.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive a confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card for support, but we never see or store your full card details.
• Designs and project content. The floor plans, models, renders and projects you create are stored so you can return to them. They belong to you.
• Usage data. Basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages viewed and time on page, used to keep the product working and improve it.
• Communications. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and improve the product and your account.
• To process your one-time purchase and provide support.
• To send essential service messages (for example, receipts, security and account notices).
• To understand how the product is used so we can make it better.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run WalkMyHome - for example our payment processor, hosting provider, and email and analytics tools - and only so they can perform those services for us.
