Terms of Service

1. Your account

You need an account to use WalkMyHome. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Your licence

When you buy a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use WalkMyHome for the purpose described in your plan. This is a one-time purchase: you pay once and the licence is yours, including the updates covered by your plan. The optional Pro upgrade includes a commercial licence; Starter and Premium are for your own projects.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the software itself.
• Reverse-engineer, copy or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law allows.
• Use the product to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Your content

The plans, models, renders and projects you create are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the product works. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any plan or image you upload.

5. Our content

WalkMyHome, including the software, the furniture and material library, the brand and the website, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your licence does not transfer ownership of any of it.

6. Payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and are one-time payments in US dollars, processed by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

7. Refunds

Every plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how it works.

8. Availability

We work to keep WalkMyHome available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or change features over time.

9. Disclaimer

WalkMyHome is a design and visualisation tool. It is provided "as is" and is intended to help you plan and picture a home before you build it. It is not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, structural, legal or building-code advice. Always have qualified professionals review your project before construction. Measurements, estimates and checks are guides, not certified figures.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalkMyHome is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any construction, renovation or financial decisions made using the product. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

11. Termination

You may stop using WalkMyHome at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
