The 30-day guarantee

We want you to design your home with confidence. That is why every WalkMyHome plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund - no hoops, no interrogation.

You keep what you made

If you ask for a refund, you still keep every render, walkthrough video and export you created. The only thing you give up is access to the app going forward.

How to request a refund

• Email support@walkmyhome.ai from the address on your account.
• Include the email you purchased with so we can find your order quickly.
• That is it. You do not need to explain why, though we always welcome feedback so we can improve.

How long it takes

We process refund requests promptly, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Once processed, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

After 30 days

Because WalkMyHome is a one-time purchase you own, there are no recurring charges to cancel - you will never be billed again. The 30-day guarantee applies separately to your initial plan purchase and to the optional Pro upgrade.
